 Blooming Botanical we take every measure to ensure that your orders get shipped or delivered to you seamlessly. Shipping Policy that represents terms and conditions of a company’s products delivery services.   1. Order Processing:

Order Confirmation:

The confirmation of the order that you placed is proceed through email; hence we send you a confirmation email to you. This email will contain the information about your order and a confirmation number. Kindly go through the particulars provided here and contact us if you find anything that is incorrect.

Processing Time:

If your order was confirmed on Monday, it will most likely be shipped out on Tuesday at the earliest, though it can also take Wednesday or Thursday depending on the workload. It is therefore important to understand that during the peak period or holidays, the turnaround time could slightly be affected. We can handle and dispatch all the orders within the shortest time as soon as possible.

  1. Delivery and Shipping Options:

Domestic Shipping:

When it comes to domestic shipping, we provide various choices for the clients. Shipping duration and charges depend on a customer’s option in the shipment options available at the checkout process. The regular delivery time ranges from 3-7 business days although the express services are also offered for shipment in a shorter period.

International Shipping:

Shipping times and prices depend on the destination and the wish of the buyer when it comes to the method of shipping to use. Hence, kindly note that there are charges for international packages, duties, including taxes, duties, and or fee charges to be incurred by the receiver.

  1. Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges have to be determined by the parcel’s weight and size, as well as the chosen carrier and the delivery country. Customers may look at the approximate cost of the shipping at the time of check out to make a final buy. From time to time we also run free shipment offers which will always be so indicated on the website.

  1. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email with further shipping details that includes the tracking number. You can easily track your order through the tracking button on our website. Kindly wait for 24-48 hours for the tracking details to work.

    1. Shipping Restrictions:

P. O. Boxes:

Our policy currently does not allow shipment to P. O. Box destination either. Kindly furnish me with a valid street address that you wish to have the item delivered to.

Restricted Items:

Some items may be prohibited for shipment to some areas because of some restrictions in those areas. If you have placed any items that are on our restricted list on your order, then you will be informed of other products in place of the restricted products.

  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

Although we work towards meeting the above deadlines to the letter there are some circumstances that may cause delay and these include; weather conditions, carrier complications and customs delay. In case any of your orders have been delayed or lost, feel free to inform us, and we will pursue the matter with the several carriers.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If the item you have received is damaged or is the wrong item, please inform us within 7 days from the date the shipment was delivered. Include your order number and photos of the product that was damaged or was a wrong item. To reassure you on this, we shall ensure that the problem is solved as soon as possible through replacement or by refunding you.

  1. Changes to Shipping Address:

Contact us if you want to change your order’s shipping address and do it as soon as possible. We will do our best to satisfy this request, if the order has not been shipped out yet. Once you have shipped orders, it becomes impossible to change the shipping address.
