Return & Exchange

  • Returns and Replacement Policy which has been laid down applies only to the fact that the received items are either damaged or delivered wrong.
  • There will be limitations on the possibility of order cancellation in the event that the items have been shipped out.
  • Delivery date is between 3-5 days from the date of delivery: Recorded documents should be supported by a picture of the parcel showing its condition.
  • The objected item must still be sealed, packaged, unused and in the like new state and packaging. Original invoice follows the product for exchange purposes.
  • The accessorizing items will be acceptable for refunds if receipt was received at our warehouse not more than 15 days after the delivery date.
  • A confirmation will then be made to the return along with the assessment made by the quality assurance department and if the product meets the criteria for replacement or a coupon will be issued.
  • Actual customers are in charge of their products until they arrive at our warehouse hence should be packed adequately to counter any delivery damage.
  • Returns due to consumer’s regret, the preference of a new per-favorite shade, or a new product of choice are not allowed.
  • The refutation is simple, we do not cash refunds; however, you will receive a coupon for the next order.
  • Products bought on the website cannot be exchanged or be taken back to other stores/physical shops and the vice versa.
  • You need to contact our Customer Care center, by providing to them the Invoice together with images of the faulty product through email, at info@bloomingbotanical.pk.
